The ALPSP Awards recognise significant achievement in the field of learned and professional publishing. ALPSP invites applications for two awards for 2013 The closing date for applications is 7 June and the winners will be announced at the Conference Dinner on Thursday 12 September.
New for 2013: this year's finalists will be given the opportunity to showcase their journal or innovation in a rapid fire session at the ALPSP International Conference.
The ALPSP Award for Best New Journal is open to any peer-reviewed journal launched in the last 1-3 years. The judges consider the main aspects of the journal including its launch: market research, editorial strategy, marketing and commercial success. (Full details and how to apply)
The ALPSP Award for Publishing Innovation recognises a truly innovative approach to any aspect of publication. Applications are judged on their originality and innovative qualities, together with their utility, benefit to their community and long term prospects. (Full details and how to apply)
