| EVENTS & BOOKINGS CHANGES
ALPSP reserves the right to improve the specification and format of its courses and its events for the benefit of delegates and without notice.
The location and date of the event will be as advised to the delegate at the time of booking. ALPSP reserves the right to change the location of the event and will advise the delegate as soon as this change is known.
ALPSP reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or reschedule any event or course for any reason and will advise the delegate as soon as this change is known. ALPSP will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. When this is unavoidable ALPSP will refund in full all monies paid by or on behalf of the delegate, or at the delegate's option apply all monies to a rescheduled or alternative event or course. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
The delegate accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the events are suitable for their requirements and that they have the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives, if any, of the event.
ALPSP's liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the event out of which the loss or damage has arisen. ALPSP will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including but not limited to loss of anticipated profit or data, travel or accommodation costs), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
ALPSP will be responsible for death and injury resulting from ALPSP's negligence when carrying out events. COPYRIGHT OF EVENT MATERIALS
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all event materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ALPSP. You undertake that you will not copy or permit the photocopying of event materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties, nor use the same for running your own courses. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR eLEARNING COURSE BOOKINGS No refund will be given after payment has been received and the access code issued. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR TRAINING COURSES AND EVENTS Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the event - full refund
6-4 weeks before the event -75% of the fee refunded
4-2 weeks before the event - 50% of the fee refunded
less than 2 weeks before the event - no refund
Substitutions may be made at no charge up until the day before the meeting. REFUND POLICY FOR ALPSP INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE The following will apply for both the conference registration and accommodation charges:
Cancellations more than 14 weeks prior to first day of conference - 75% refund.
Cancellations 8-14 weeks prior to first day of conference - 50% refund.
Cancellation fewer than 8 weeks prior to first day of conference - no refund.
Substitutions may be made at no charge up until one week before the conference. |

The pdf file of any ALPSP publication is supplied on the understanding that any printed copies of the report made from this file, or further copies of the digital file itself, are strictly controlled and are used only for informational purposes within your organisation. Copies should also not be passed to external third-parties or offered for sale.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
You may cancel your order before delivery or within seven working days of the date of delivery by emailing mail@publishers.org.uk with details.
If you cancel your order after delivery, you must return the unwanted Goods to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within thirty days of cancellation.
Provided you return the unwanted Goods unused and in the original packaging within thirty days of cancellation, we will refund your payment with the cost of the unwanted Goods and our delivery charges within thirty days of the date of your cancellation.
Returned Goods will be delivered to us at your cost, unless the Goods are defective or damaged. We will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods if you fail to return them following cancellation.
Refunds will not be given where Goods are returned in an unsaleable condition, because of broken seals, opened or defaced packages.
