Accessibility

Page Layout and Appearance
The look of the web site is governed by cascading style sheets. However, if your browser does not support them, you will still be able to read the content. We have provided quick links under the log in box to adjust the text size and have provided a low graphics version. Please consult your browser help files for additional accessibility features that may be provided - but please be aware that some changes to appearance made through your browser may not have any effect or may result on some of our pages becoming less easy to read.

Text Links
Wherever possible, links are written out in an explanatory manner so as to make sense even if taken out of context.

For those links that may not be understood out of context, title attributes are provided.

Please note that this is a feature that cannot be validated with software.

Documents
We gradually reviewing all of our documents, reports and publications imade available on this site and , where suitable, will provide them in HTML or plain text as well as PDF versions. However, this is not always possible, so we state in plain text where a PDF can be downloaded.

To view and print PDF files, you must have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader installed: you can download this product for free by
going to the Adobe site here

If you cannot use Acrobat Reader to see these documents (for example, if you use screen reader software or an audio-enabled web browser), Adobe provide a free online tool to convert them to text.

To do this, submit the web address (URL) of the Adobe Acrobat document you want to read to the web form on this web page.

You can choose whether you want the document sent to you as a web page (HTML) or as plain text or emailed to you as an attachment.
